Scholarship Application Requirements

 

Recipient of the scholarship are selected based on the following:

 

1) Proof of- Plan on attending a (or have been accepted to a) technical, trade, vocational studies, or going under an apprenticeship in such fields upon graduation of high school.

2) Personal letter- Please provide a letter, in your own words covering the items below:

• Describe your interest in your field and your experience in the field – such as volunteer work or internships and what you gained from this involvement.

• Why are you a good candidate to receive this award?

• Briefly describe your long- and short-term goals.

• From a financial standpoint, what impact would this scholarship have on your education?

• State any special personal or family circumstances affecting your need for financial assistance.

3) Letter of Recommendation- provide us a letter of recommendation from a teacher, faculty member, or from someone you have worked for.
